Ingredients
  

Brisket
  • 3-4 lbs beef brisket
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Season and sear brisket until browned.
  2. Place vegetables in slow cooker and add brisket.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over brisket.
  4. Cook on low for 8–10 hours until tender.
  5. Slice against the grain and serve with sauce.
