Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 3 cans whole kernel corn 15 oz each, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn 15 oz
  • 1 block cream cheese cubed, 8 oz
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  3. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve warm or keep on WARM setting for gatherings.

Notes

For extra richness, stir in sour cream at the end. For a thicker casserole, cook uncovered during the last 20–30 minutes.
