Method
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Arrange chicken thighs in slow cooker and pour sauce over them.
- Cook on low 4–5 hours or high 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Optional: mix cornstarch and water, add to slow cooker, cook 10–15 minutes to thicken sauce.
- Serve with sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat gently in microwave or stovetop.
