Method
- Brown cubed steak in olive oil until lightly seared.
- Sauté onion and garlic until softened; transfer to slow cooker.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and broth.
- Stir in spices, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and cook on LOW 7–8 hours or HIGH 4–5 hours.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
Notes
Steak chili thickens as it cools; add broth to thin as needed.
