Method
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly over tortilla.
- Layer smoked salmon and cucumber strips on top.
- Roll tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve chilled.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
