Ingredients
  

Roll Ups
  • 4 flour tortillas large
  • 8 oz smoked salmon sliced
  • 1 small cucumber julienned
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp capers optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Plastic wrap

Method
 

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, zest, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over tortilla.
  4. Layer smoked salmon and cucumber strips on top.
  5. Roll tightly into a log shape.
  6. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  7. Slice into pinwheels and serve chilled.

Notes

Best served chilled. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
