Ice Cream Base
  • 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 0.5 cup edible cookie dough chopped
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.33 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 0.25 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Chill a baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread softened ice cream evenly onto the chilled tray.
  3. Add fudge sauce, cookie dough, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chips.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 30–40 minutes.
  5. Slice into strips and roll carefully using a metal spatula.
