Smoothie
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes if firm, then drain.
  2. Add banana, tahini, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to blender.
  3. Add dates and ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into glass, garnish with cinnamon, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for thicker texture. Adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.
