A healthy, no-bake treat that tastes just like a Snickers bar! Sweet dates stuffed with peanut butter and peanuts, then dipped in chocolate and topped with sea salt. Easy, delicious, and guilt-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for melting
  • sea salt flakes optional garnish

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon
  • Tray with parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted.
  2. Fill each date with 1 teaspoon peanut butter.
  3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts inside each date.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each stuffed date halfway (or fully) into melted chocolate. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt or extra peanuts.
  7. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens. Serve chilled or room temp.

Notes

Use high-quality Medjool dates for best results. Store in the fridge for a week or freeze for up to 2 months.
