Method
- Dissolve one box of gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
- Pour half into a dish and chill until partially set.
- Mix remaining gelatin with sour cream and sugar until smooth.
- Pour cream layer over gelatin and chill until set.
- Prepare second gelatin and mix with fruit.
- Pour over cream layer and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.
