Ingredients
  

Gelatin Layers
  • 2 boxes flavored gelatin 3 oz each
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
Cream Layer
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
Add-ins
  • 1 cup fruit chopped or canned

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Dissolve one box of gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
  2. Pour half into a dish and chill until partially set.
  3. Mix remaining gelatin with sour cream and sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour cream layer over gelatin and chill until set.
  5. Prepare second gelatin and mix with fruit.
  6. Pour over cream layer and refrigerate until firm.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Use different gelatin flavors to customize colors and taste.
