Method
- Mix chicken, beans, corn, vegetables, cheese, cream cheese, and spices until well combined.
- Place filling on egg roll wrappers, fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Drain on a wire rack and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter option.
