- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.

- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook briefly.

- Add parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss spaghetti with sauce, adjusting with pasta water if needed.
- Season to taste and serve warm.
