Ingredients
  

Main
  • 6 eggs large
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs to desired doneness and transfer to ice bath.
  2. Peel eggs and set aside.
  3. Combine chili flakes, garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  4. Heat oil and pour over chili mixture.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar.
  6. Slice eggs and drizzle chili oil over them.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Best served fresh.
