Lasagna Layers
  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked
  • 3 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a lasagna dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
  4. Combine cream cheese, ricotta, ranch seasoning, and half the cheese.
  5. Layer noodles, buffalo chicken, and cheese mixture in dish.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with shredded cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 15 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Let rest before slicing for clean layers.
