Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
Salad
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado sliced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat chicken in seasoned flour mixture and fry until golden and cooked through.
  3. Heat honey, hot sauce, butter, and chili flakes until smooth.
  4. Toss fried chicken in hot honey sauce.
  5. Assemble salad with greens and vegetables, top with chicken, and drizzle dressing.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste. Chicken can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
