Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Rice
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup water

Method
 

  1. Rinse rice and cook with coconut milk and water.
  2. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Cook chicken until golden.
  4. Add sauce and simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve over coconut rice.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste.
