Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Rice Bowl Base
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
Sesame Sriracha Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and lime juice. Toss shrimp in marinade.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill until needed.
  4. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
  5. Divide rice into bowls and top with shrimp, vegetables, and sauce.

Notes

Adjust sriracha to control spice level. Sauce can be made ahead.
