Method
- Cook rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
- Whisk soy sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and lime juice. Toss shrimp in marinade.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill until needed.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
- Divide rice into bowls and top with shrimp, vegetables, and sauce.
Notes
Adjust sriracha to control spice level. Sauce can be made ahead.
