Cannelloni
  • 12 pieces cannelloni tubes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, season, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in spinach and remove from heat.
  5. Mix beef with ricotta and Parmesan.
  6. Fill cannelloni tubes with mixture.
  7. Cover with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
  8. Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 15 minutes.
