- Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed to loosen.
- Serve hot topped with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
Best served immediately while creamy and hot. Add extra parmesan for stronger flavor.
