Ingredients
  

Cookie Mixture
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet
  • 0.25 cup light corn syrup
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips, and corn syrup over low heat until smooth.
  3. Stir in mini marshmallows and continue heating until fully melted and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  5. Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto prepared sheets and flatten slightly. Let set for 30–45 minutes.

Notes

Add caramel bits or drizzle with melted chocolate for variation.
