Method
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter, chocolate chips, and corn syrup over low heat until smooth.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and continue heating until fully melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared sheets and flatten slightly. Let set for 30–45 minutes.
Notes
Add caramel bits or drizzle with melted chocolate for variation.
