Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chai tea strongly brewed or 1/2 cup chai concentrate
  • 2-3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream any type
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • pumpkin spice for topping

  • Whisk or milk frother

Method
 

  1. Whip pumpkin puree with cream and a pinch of pumpkin spice until smooth and frothy.
  2. Brew strong chai tea or pour chai concentrate into a tall glass.
  3. Stir in vanilla syrup.
  4. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  5. Pour milk over ice and chai tea, stir gently.
  6. Top with whipped pumpkin cream foam.
  7. Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice on top.
  8. Serve immediately chilled and creamy.
