- Cut steak into cubes and sear in olive oil until browned.
- Add potatoes, onion, and garlic to slow cooker, then layer steak on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, cover, and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours.
- Stir in cream and cheddar 30 minutes before serving until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with parsley and extra cheese before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use freshly shredded cheddar and stir in additional milk when reheating leftovers.
