Ingredients
  

Sticky Tofu
  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Yum Yum Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sriracha to taste

Method
 

  1. Press tofu, cube, and toss with cornstarch.
  2. Pan-fry tofu in oil until golden and crisp.
  3. Simmer glaze ingredients until slightly thickened.
  4. Toss tofu in sticky glaze until coated.
  5. Whisk yum yum sauce ingredients until smooth.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, vegetables, and sauce.
