- Season chicken and toss with cornstarch until coated.
- Sear chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Sauté garlic and ginger briefly until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan and toss to coat in sticky glaze.
