Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and toss with cornstarch until coated.
  2. Sear chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to pan and toss to coat in sticky glaze.

Notes

Serve over rice or vegetables. Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
