Method
- Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Toss sliced beef with cornstarch until coated.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, ginger, garlic, and broth.
- Sear beef in hot oil until browned, then remove.

- Add noodles and beef back to the pan and toss to coat.
- Finish with sesame oil and garnish before serving.
