Ingredients
  

Bread Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 bananas ripe, mashed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1.25 cups fresh strawberries diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt. Mix until combined.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
  6. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and moisture.
