Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter with granulated and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt. Mix until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and moisture.
