- Combine warm milk, yeast, and a small amount of sugar. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix in butter, eggs, sugar, salt, and flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough until smooth, then let rise until doubled in size.
- Cook strawberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth for cheesecake filling.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and spread with butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over dough.
- Spread cheesecake filling and strawberry mixture across dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
- Place in greased baking dish and allow to rise again until puffy.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare cream cheese glaze and spread over warm cinnamon rolls before serving.

For best flavor, use fresh strawberries and serve the rolls warm with extra cream cheese glaze.
