- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill filling.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Swirl strawberry jam into dough.
- Scoop dough, add cheesecake filling, and bake 12–15 minutes.
