Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup strawberry jam
Cheesecake Filling
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Chill filling.
  3. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  5. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Swirl strawberry jam into dough.
  7. Scoop dough, add cheesecake filling, and bake 12–15 minutes.

Notes

Chill cheesecake filling for best results.
