Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp strawberry puree for glass garnish
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream optional
  • 4 strawberry slices for garnish

  • Tea kettle
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Steep Earl Grey tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes to create a strong tea concentrate.
  2. Remove tea bags and allow the tea to cool slightly.
  3. Blend strawberries with honey or sugar until smooth.
  4. Strain strawberry puree if a smoother texture is desired.
  5. Combine cooled tea, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and milk in a shaker or large glass.
  6. Add ice cubes and stir or shake until chilled and creamy.
  7. Drizzle strawberry puree inside serving glasses for presentation.
  8. Pour milk tea into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and strawberry slices if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute oat milk or almond milk. Adjust sweetness according to personal preference.
