- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients to form dough.
- Bake cookies 9–11 minutes.
- Press chocolate kiss into each cookie after baking.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cookies soft.
