Ingredients
  

Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp water
Mango Layer
  • 2 cups mango chunks ripe
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp water

  • Popsicle molds
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare the strawberries by removing the stems and slicing them.
  2. Blend strawberries, honey, lime juice, and water until smooth.
  3. Transfer the strawberry mixture to a bowl and rinse the blender.
  4. Blend mango chunks, honey, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and water until creamy.
  5. Fill popsicle molds halfway with the strawberry mixture.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes until slightly firm.
  7. Pour the mango mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
  8. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  9. Run molds under warm water briefly to release popsicles before serving.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for maximum sweetness and flavor. For creamier popsicles, increase the Greek yogurt slightly.
