Method
- Wash and prepare the strawberries by removing the stems and slicing them.
- Blend strawberries, honey, lime juice, and water until smooth.
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to a bowl and rinse the blender.
- Blend mango chunks, honey, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and water until creamy.
- Fill popsicle molds halfway with the strawberry mixture.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until slightly firm.
- Pour the mango mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Run molds under warm water briefly to release popsicles before serving.
Notes
Use ripe fruit for maximum sweetness and flavor. For creamier popsicles, increase the Greek yogurt slightly.
