- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a cake pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk, strawberry puree, and sour cream.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 35–40 minutes until done.
- Cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and pour over cake before serving.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen strawberries for puree. Adjust glaze thickness as desired.
