- Crush cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Mix softened ice cream with diced strawberries and jam. Spread over crust.
- Top with macerated strawberries if desired.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, then spread over top.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Let cake sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing for smooth edges.
