Method
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat apple juice, water, and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Arrange edible flowers inside silicone dome molds.
- Pour jelly mixture into molds and gently reposition flowers if needed.
- Refrigerate 3–4 hours until completely set.
- Carefully unmold jelly domes and serve chilled.
Notes
Use culinary-grade edible flowers only. For crystal-clear jelly, avoid boiling the gelatin mixture.
