Ingredients
  

Jelly Base
  • 3 cups clear apple juice or white grape juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water for blooming gelatin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
Decoration
  • 1 cup mixed edible flowers pansies, violets, rose petals

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Silicone dome molds
  • Fine mesh strainer

Method
 

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and allow it to bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat apple juice, water, and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
  5. Arrange edible flowers inside silicone dome molds.
  6. Pour jelly mixture into molds and gently reposition flowers if needed.
  7. Refrigerate 3–4 hours until completely set.
  8. Carefully unmold jelly domes and serve chilled.

Notes

Use culinary-grade edible flowers only. For crystal-clear jelly, avoid boiling the gelatin mixture.
