- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin.
- Blend oats, protein powder, baking powder, banana, nut butter, vanilla, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ramekin and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set.
- Top with nut butter, strawberries, and sprinkles before serving.
Notes
For a cake-like texture, blend the oats fully. For more texture, leave them whole.
