Ingredients
  

Oat Batter
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 small banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
Toppings
  • sliced strawberries for garnish
  • colorful sprinkles optional
  • extra nut butter for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a ramekin.
  2. Blend oats, protein powder, baking powder, banana, nut butter, vanilla, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into ramekin and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set.
  5. Top with nut butter, strawberries, and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

For a cake-like texture, blend the oats fully. For more texture, leave them whole.
