- Prepare all fruits as directed: cube the watermelon, hull and halve the strawberries, dice the mango, halve the grapes, and keep blueberries whole.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and chopped mint until well combined.
- Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately for best flavor, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. You can add kiwi, pineapple, or peaches for extra variety. Best served the same day for optimal freshness.
