  • 1 pizza dough 12-inch size, homemade or store-bought
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough into a 12-inch circle on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush melted butter evenly over dough, covering edges.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over buttered dough.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and sugar topping is caramelized.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth to make glaze.
  6. Drizzle glaze over warm pizza, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.
