- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash, trim, and cut cauliflower into even florets. Pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cauliflower florets in sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread florets on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
Best served immediately. Can be reheated in the oven for 5–7 minutes for crispiness.
