  • 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash, trim, and cut cauliflower into even florets. Pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread florets on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds and serve hot.

Notes

Best served immediately. Can be reheated in the oven for 5–7 minutes for crispiness.
