- Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté shrimp until pink, 1–2 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and add garlic to pan; cook until fragrant.
- Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lime juice, and red pepper flakes; stir well.
- Add pineapple and red bell pepper; cook 2–3 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to the pan, toss to coat, and cook another minute.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Best served immediately over rice or noodles for maximum flavor.
