Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add vanilla.
- Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Form dough balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Notes
Chill dough 20 minutes for cleaner edges. Mini chocolate chips distribute best.
