Peach Syrup
  • 2 peaches diced
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Coffee
  • 2 cups brewed coffee cooled
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Cook peaches, sugar, and water until softened.
  2. Blend and strain the mixture, then add vanilla.
  3. Fill glass with ice and add peach syrup.
  4. Pour cooled coffee over ice.
