Method
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine cereals, pretzels, and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and baking soda, and stir until foamy.
- Pour toffee mixture over cereal blend and stir to coat.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before breaking into clusters. Store airtight.
Notes
Sprinkle sea salt or drizzle chocolate over cooled mix for extra flair.
