Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  2. Wrap pineapple chunks with bacon halves and secure with skewers.

  4. Brush skewers generously with glaze.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp bacon if desired.
