- Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture back into egg whites.
- Top each deviled egg with a small dollop of sweet and spicy pepper jelly.
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For an extra kick, use a spicy pepper jelly or add a pinch of cayenne to the yolk mixture. Serve chilled for best results.
