  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup Doritos crushed

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  4. Prepare toppings including lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, meat, and toppings.
  6. Add sour cream and crushed Doritos before serving.

Notes

Add Doritos just before serving to maintain crunch. Customize with beans, corn, or spicy toppings.
