- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat butter, tahini, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped chocolate.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies apart.
- Top with extra chocolate pieces if desired.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cool before serving.
Notes
For extra chewy cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
