- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, honey, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour half the marinade over, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side, basting with reserved marinade until cooked through and caramelized.
- Optional: simmer leftover marinade until thickened for extra glaze.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
