Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Spread sausage evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the sausage and cheese.
- Arrange tater tots on top in even rows.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
