Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage pork or turkey
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 package frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Spread sausage evenly in the baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour over the sausage and cheese.
  5. Arrange tater tots on top in even rows.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until eggs are set and tater tots are golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Add diced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
