- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice Vidalia onions into thick rounds and separate into rings.
- Arrange onions in a casserole dish.
- Pour melted butter evenly over onions.
- Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until onions are tender and cheese is melted and golden.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
