Method
- Mix ground beef with seasonings and form into patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Remove patties and sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Return patties to skillet and top with vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese and cover until melted.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of beef broth or top with gravy instead of cheese.
