Method
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic. Thin with warm water to desired consistency.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of peanut sauce on each.
- Divide chicken among tortillas. Top with lettuce, carrots, bell pepper, and cilantro. Drizzle with extra peanut sauce.
- Fold sides in and roll up tightly. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Store unrolled wraps (chicken and veggies) in fridge up to 2 days. Assemble before serving for best texture.
